Tracey Simmonds



Tracey Simmonds is a pole fitness instructor and performer originating from the UK. She is one of the co-creators of the FIPO pole fitness concept, the international master trainer and representative for the Ahlsport Fitpole.

Tracey has over seven years experience working within the pole fitness industry. She has performed and competed internationally throughout her career, most notably achieving 1st Runner Up, Pole Fitness at IPC 2012 and winning the second ever Miss Pole Dance UK. Tracey is a qualified and insured REPs registered Exercise to Music Instructor, Gym Instructor and currently she is studying for PTLLs. Tracey works teaching pole fitness to beginner, intermediate and highly advanced students everyday in her own pole fitness studio. Tracey trains in Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics and Aerial Acrobatics. Through this practical knowledge and experience, Tracey has thoughtfully developed the FIPO pole fitness concept.  Her key interests lie in representing and promoting pole dance fitness as a reputable, enjoyable and safe form of exercise.  It is her belief that all pole fitness classes should be led by a qualified, experienced and professional pole fitness instructor.
